About myself
I am a computational biologist and biostatistician at the department of Data Science in Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. I am mainly interested in (1) spatial analysis and cell-to-cell communication methods and (2) multi-modal method that integrates meaningful cell-level molecular characteristics with patient-level characteristics.
Outside of research, I am an avid board gamer, occasional rock climber, and reluctant half-marathoner.

Location
I am based at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute across the Centers for Life Science and Smith buildings, where I work with clinical teams on gastrointestinal cancer trials and the Department of Data Science
